We have a return policy for DAMAGED or DIFFERENT VARIANT products. If customer receives a damaged item or a wrong size variant or color variant, user is eligible for return. Customer can return the product within 7 days ofreceiving the product. Return request after 7 days will not be accepted and Return product should meeth the below conditions
Due to COVID restrictions , we temporarily stopped Refunding Process. User can raise return request within 7 days of the product
We process the order after 7 hours of order confirmation ,to give user the opportunity to cancel the order in case he/she change his mind. After we process the order , it is not possible to cancel it. But customer has a chance to send us mail/call us to check the possibility of cancellation. We don't guarantee the cancellation after the waiting period, but we will try todo the same.
